WEDNESDAY NIGHTS | GRADES 6-12 | 5:30 – 7:30PM
Living Stones Church is committed to creating a space where students have a strong, loving, community that equips them with ways to deepen their faith, encourages them to grow in fellowship with each other and with Christ, and provides opportunities to serve Living Stones, the D-C area, and the world.
On Wednesday nights, students (and friends!) are welcome to a free meal at 5:30, followed by games, worship, Bible study, discussion, and prayer.
But why do we call our Wednesday's ONE? It's a reference to the verse we base all our student ministries off of, Ephesians 4:1-6. Our biggest prayer is that students feel equipped and encouraged to use their gifts in service to the one body of Christ. No matter what kind of past or present a student has, we are all one body. All are welcome. You belong here.
As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. - Ephesians 4:1-6
